Tips Preventing Back Pain Problems


Good posture can prevent back pain problems. Do some practice to get back healthy:

1.Make sure your feet to the floor and the position of the eyes parallel computer screen. When the position of tables and chairs higher, add support to the foot does not hang without a foothold.

2.Make sure the correct sitting position: the position of the shoulders down and pulled back, while the thighs are parallel to the floor.

3.Rest a moment and walk around the office for 60 seconds. Do it five times during work time.
